We love getting to know our clients… We love getting to know their entire family! Sue, the mother of one of our April 2010 brides came to us wanting something only she could have. She wanted what she enjoyed gazing at everyday brought into her home. Particularly a rock formation just a bit up the mountain next to her. We were excited to get going on this big blue sky adventure! Not so fast…. it rained for 2-3 weeks straight! At first we thought we would just wait it out. But then after a bit of waiting we thought we would try and hike the mountain on different days and times to get some different looks. It’s not everyday we see rain clouds here you know. Boy were we happy we did! One day we had a storm just rolling in, another was clear blue and a hot air balloon race was going on and then we finished it with a night shoot. Now she has a bit of every day to bring into her home. We really enjoyed this shoot. As much as we love working and photographing people and moments there was something different and nice happening while sitting there on top of that mountain. It took to busy people out of the busy. Thank you Sue, we really enjoyed this “creative project” and look forward to coming over on Friday for the “hanging party”!
