Studio Moirae has some exciting news! We are excited to announce the newest member of our team. As of now we are told it’s a boy, due November 6th! We aren’t running out and buying all blue yet but one of our friends sure has it bad for something green, thanks Tiffany! Yesterday we were surprised with our first item of clothing for our little man. It was surreal for both Jasen and I to hold this tiny piece of clothing in our hands realizing that in the near future it would be filled with a chunky monkey of a baby! Last week we finally told all of our friends the exciting news, and boy did we have fun with it. We had fortune cookies made with our own little saying in them. Everyone met us at our favorite Chinese restaurant in downtown Phoenix. It was funny because no one knew why they were having dinner with us but knew something was up. Something is always up when it comes to Jasen. The suspense was killing Jasen so he talked everyone into opening their fortune cookie before dinner even came. They thought he was out of his mind. But they went with it and boy were they surprised!!! The reactions were priceless and all so different. I enjoyed watching everyone as the processed the news. Our families knew right away and were over the moon for us! I called my brother and told him only to get a text the next day telling me he and his girlfriend were also pregnant!! I thought he was kidding at first, come to find out we are a day apart! I was THRILLED!
We are so thankful for all of our friends, family and clients that share their excitement and love with us! We feel so blessed and are so happy to have this exciting adventure ahead of us. Yes, we hear it is a sleepless adventure but non the less like no other. I’ve been told update, update, update everyone through my pregnancy. I’ve also been demanded to take belly pictures. Well, I’m 16 weeks and 2 days today. So once it starts to look like that round belly that we all know and love I will post.
